Terms and Conditions for the Pug Pubs Black Friday Guinness Deal
1. The Promoter The promoter is Pug Pubs, with a registered address as displayed at each participating pub location.
2. The Offer The offer is 4 pints of Guinness for £12 (the "Deal").
3. Eligibility 3.1. The Deal is strictly available to customers aged 18 years or over. 3.2. Valid photographic ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or PASS-accredited proof-of-age card) will be required if a customer appears to be under the age of 25 (Challenge 25 policy applies). 3.3. Management reserves the right to refuse service without notice if this policy is not adhered to.
4. Deal Dates and Times 4.1. The Deal is valid only on the following four Fridays in November 2025: * Friday, 7th November 2025 * Friday, 14th November 2025 * Friday, 21st November 2025 * Friday, 28th November 2025 4.2. The Deal is available exclusively between the hours of 15:00 (3:00 PM) and 17:00 (5:00 PM) (the "Promotional Period") on each of the specified dates. 4.3. Purchases made outside of the Promotional Period will be charged at the standard menu price.
5. Conditions of Purchase 5.1. The Deal is for four (4) full pints of Guinness draught for a total price of £12. 5.2. Pints must be purchased as a single transaction of four pints to qualify for the Deal price. Individual pints are not subject to the discounted price. 5.3. Payment for all four pints must be completed at the point of order. 5.4. All four pints must be poured at the time of purchase. No pre-paid vouchers or receipts will be issued for later redemption of the remaining pints. 5.5. All four pints must be consumed on the premises. The Deal does not include carry-out, takeaway, or off-licence sales. 5.6. The Deal is subject to the availability of Guinness stock at each participating Pug Pubs location.
6. Responsible Drinking and Refusal of Service 6.1. Pug Pubs operates under all applicable UK licensing laws. 6.2. The Deal is not an irresponsible drinks promotion and does not encourage excessive consumption. 6.3. All customers are expected to drink responsibly. Pug Pubs staff reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who appears to be intoxicated, abusive, or disorderly, as per the Licensing Act 2003. In such an event, no refund will be offered for any unserved pints. 6.4. The Deal cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion (e.g., loyalty schemes, student discounts).
7. General 7.1. Pug Pubs reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate the Deal at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances or licensing issues arise. 7.2. Participation in this Deal constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 7.3. The decision of the Management is final in all matters relating to the Deal.
